I searched for a long time, to find just the right kimono. I didn't want it as a beach cover up. Because it is a sheer chiffon fabric, I don't think it would hold up well. It could get snagged easily @ the beach. I wanted it for a shoulder cover, for dresses. I wanted something simple, that would go with several different types of dresses. I got one in white, & one in black. I wanted something that would travel easily for a trip to Hawaii. I wore it with a simple casual sundress for dinner. I am also going to wear it with a dressier dress, for a wedding, next month. So it can be dressed up or dressed down. And since it's flowy, the size isn't an issue. I love it.I use these tops in warm weather to cover sleeveless clothes. They cover, but are light enough to not be hot. They also add a bit of gracefulness to outfit. I have several colors to go with everything!Plan on wearing on cruise as a lite weight cover to sleeveless dresses.I purchased this in a 3x, I love the fit.Color appears to be more of a hot pink than a coral in my eyes, but I made it work with a different outfit from what I initially planned on wearing it with, which was a nice plus. Since I didn’t have to go through the hassle of returning it. It’s light weight, flowy, I love the length, and it’s perfect for wearing it on a hot summer day. I received multiple compliments and would definitely purchase this again in different colors.I had to return a size “ medium” because it looked too big. The small was better! A light cover up for warm weather to go with everything since I bought black.I looked everywhere for weeks for a sheer top to add dimension and sophistication to summer tanks and tops without adding weight to me or the outfit. As a 70 yr old very large woman I don't find it flattering to go out in a pair of capris and a tank top. Also I have a medical condition, actually you name it and I seem to have it, that makes me extremely heat intolerant. That's why I moved back to Pacific Northwest, it used to be a nice wet, cold place. Now our temps run into the triple digits.Back to the garment, it is sheer enough to flatter and can be dressed up or down. Add some big flashy jewelry and in an instant you go from ok to" YES PLEASE". What gal doesn't want that?It was a gift for a friend and she is enjoying wearing it. It is very flattering and it is light weight to pack easily. She really likes the sheerness of the kimono also.I bought this because it was listed and pictured as green. The main color is blue not green.
