I'm kind of lumpy (2 kids will do that), so it's not super flattering around my hips, but I wore it with shorts and it was cute enough for a day on Lake Michigan.5'11" 170ish with a belly and broad shoulders.I don't expect it to last more than a few trips to the beach because getting wet and/or getting snagged on something. That's how crochet is. BUT... this is an AWESOME buy for the price and absolutely adorable on! Glad I purchased two colors.Wore once and it stretched out below my knees. Thought it would stay shorter like the pictureBEAUTIFUL FITS PERFECTLY!Nice cover-up, great for beach vacations. It fits a tad small but it wasn't uncomfortable for me. I'm 5' 5", 145, and it just fit perfect.I bought the black crochet lace up chest version. I'm returning mine because it didn't fit but I was kind of going on a limb with the one size fits most concept. I'm a busty XL/14 so it was basically just a tight shirt on me. I watched a girl walk off my plane this weekend wearing the same thing and it was super cute on her, she was probably a Medium and she was wearing it as a loose shirt with shorts. I will note that you can see extra fabric behind the lace-up in the front that I wasn't expecting but if it had fit well that wouldn't have been enough to make me return it.I love this item I’m going to get me another one for this summer coming up. I need to just in case something happens!!I used it to wear on my first cruise the fit was ok I thought the cover up would be more roomy I read the reviews before I purchased it but there were many mixed reviews. If you're not a curvy person you might want to go up 2 sizes because it fits to your body. I had to keep trying to stretch it out. Otherwise it served the purpose.
